My doctor told me to take lipton in place of chocolate drinks for now. And that's what I take everyday.
Just not too much because of the caffeine. 1 cup per day is okay.

I delivered a beautiful princess last night at 9:50pm,after abt 6hrs of labour.I screamed out my lung all2ru.Vaginal delivery no be joke,but I am thankful to God every time I look at my princess.

EDD-26th of feb
DOB-10th of feb
3.2kg

July almost here ke, this is just Feb fa. The good thing be say before July China go don solve their issue (I pray so) cos I hear say baby stuff don dey put money as most stuff are imported from dere. D ijebu in me wants to buy direct from chinco but I dey fear.

Rant time

At 16weeks this imcompetent doctors at safeway have not given me any antenatal drugs,tetanus injection Or any malaria drugs,thankgod i am not a first time mum,changing to budo or doreen speacialist. I even complained about serious pain at my incision site which they just waved off,so done with them.

End rant.

Talk to your doctor, there’s nothing to be afraid of. You can only (probably) transmit to baby during vaginal delivery if you have an active genital herpes outbreak near the time of delivery. Your doc may advise you go the CS route; this is to prevent baby from contracting it as s/he descends the birth canal
