ityP: That's the thing. SD 675 is actually supported. Culled from NDTV. Redmi Note 7 Pro finally has Fortnite support. To recall, earlier this month, Xiaomi announced that the company is working with Epic Games and Qualcomm to bring support for Fortnite to the Redmi Note 7 Pro. Making good on its promise, Xiaomi India's MD, Manu Kumar Jain, has announced that support for Fortnite has finally arrived on the Redmi Note 7 Pro. The Fortnite compatibility for the Snapdragon 675 SoC-powered phone has gone live with the MIUI 10.2.10.0 update. Fortnite support brings the Redmi Note 7 Pro on parity with the Realme 3 Pro, which came with native support for the hit-battle royale game upon its launch earlier this month. Jain took to Twitter earlier today and revealed that the Redmi Note 7 Pro has finally landed support for Fortnite. This comes less than two weeks after Xiaomi announced that it is in talks with developer Epic Games and Qualcomm to get the Snapdragon 675 SoC at the heart of the Redmi Note 7 Pro certified for Fortnite compatibility. All Redmi Note 7 Pro units running the latest MIUI 10.2.10.0 build are ready to install and play Fortnite. https:// gadgets.ndtv. com/mobiles/news/redmi-note-7-pro-xiaomi-fortnite-support-miui-10-2-10-0-2030953 5 Likes |

ityP: In terms of computing power, yes it is. Geek benchmark tests scores 1. Snapdragon 660 2. Snapdragon 665 3. Snapdragon 675 4. Snapdragon 710 Snapdragon 665 is struggling to compete with the Snapdragon 660 on RN7.

Abara4iyke: Oga buy your phone without stress and enjoy it. We had this same argument last year when the RN8 was released last year. The position was that if you had an RN7 then upgrading to RN8 was not necessary. Some individuals misconstrued it to mean that RN8 was not good. We get serious comprehension problem in this country sha. RN8 is an improvement over the RN7. The SD665 on the RN8 is actually underclocked but it's built on a smaller manufacturing process (11nm to 14nm) and hence conserves battery better than the SD660 on the older RN7 whilst delivering almost the same level of performance with a better GPU. The cameras on the RN8 are much more improved and two extras have been added to make it four. As for camera, RN8 beat RN7 flat. As for battery, RN8 will utilize battery better than the power hungry RN7. Note: I don't argue based on sentiments or because I use a certain device. Everyone on this thread knows I use a RN7. If I didn't have one, then I would definitely rush to get the RN8. That's the truth, at least subjectively. 26 Likes 1 Share |

olanreyman:theirs big difference on the CPU part but not so much on the GPU, still the higher cpu can still compensate for the underclocked GPU when it comes to higher framerate on games but will ve a drawback on graphics detailing. |

atheistandproud:don't say that bro, the SD 675 is a budget chipset unlike the sd710. Qualcomm knew why they had to underclock the GPU so not to supersede the boundaries of the midrange chips ie the sd710 hence not to affect the sales, no doubt the SD 675 has a powerful cpu for good framerate but it went short on the GPU department which made it a budget chipset and Qualcomm being who they re don't joke with chipset GPU. |
