bastardson:Can someone please reply, then what are my chances of getting a work permit if the program is a 1 year course. Most of the PGD's are often for 1year. |

Adetayoade1: Hello Adetayoade1, Sure, you can. If you can't be a beneficiary of your own father's company, who else can? All you have to do is demonstrate there is sufficient funds and convincingly explain that such sponsorship tendency won't cause any setback to the company. Also, include substantial evidence to show how well-established the company is. All the best. 1 Like |

Hello Bastardson, bastardson: Yes, it is very possible. Do well to show proof of relationship and demonstrate he is financial sufficient. It is very important to show/demonstrate how you intend to cater for your family needs or how they would fare in your absence. Only showing your personal account might not be enough proof. However, you can show proof of a family savings account, your wife's source of funds, proof of allowances, investment, receipt of tuition payment for your child for a year (at most) etc bastardson: You can as well do a second program to get the complete 3yrs PGWP. All the best. |

Adetayoade1:Company sponsorship hardly flies except the company is a very big one(shell, chevron.....) or has a good relationship with CIC in the past(by sponsoring other students and CIC is fully aware of it). I doubt if your dad's company falls I to those two options (I mean no disrespect). Your dad is free to submit the company's SOA, but he should also(very very important) submit his own(CIC doesn't expect him to use money meant to run his company on your education). He should make sure he has more than what he intend to commit towards your studies in his personal bank account or better still pay your tuition fee and show that your living expenses is available in his account pending when you are about to leave for Canada ( but make sure you check your school's refund policy before paying any fee). Submitting his company's SOA (with enough fund to run the business and also take care of your fees) will erase any doubt on the vo's mind concerning your funds. Good luck |

bastardson:No one here can assure you of securing TRV but we can advise you on what we think might increase your chances of securing it. Yes your uncle or anyone can sponsor you. As for your statement of account, yes you should include it since you are working and gave a family. Since you have some cash on your own already, let your uncle be a co-sponsor and you be the main(especially if it is a one year program). You can apply alone and use your wife and kid(s) as hometie. |

Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess what? It's a MEDICAL REQUEST . My special thanks to frankrobbn1 for making this a reality. He is the brain behind my application beginning from the admission process down to the Visa application. He singlehandedly packaged my second application after been denied of my visa. He wrote a convincing LOE that addressed the reasons for my previous refusal, and assured me that everything will surely fall in place this time. He also included volunteer reference letters that also strengthened my home ties, since the VO was not satisfied I will leave Canada after studies. My brother I forever remain indebted to you. Believe me, you're a guru in this Canada immigration and my life changer. Keep doing that which you know how to do best bro and my God reward your good intentions towards humanity. Only heaven knows how happy I am at the moment. #Respect Boss!! You too much I swear. I wish you all the best, and await my profile once PPR drops! 5 Likes 1 Share

JustMellow: Thanks, but the reason for going for Graduate certificate now is because of the low cgpa of 2.8/5. And most school say you must possess a 3.00/4.33 in a degree program and not a certificate program. |

SonofGod2000: Thanks... Frank only addressed the reasons for my refusal with a three (3) pages well-worded LOE. He included 2 persuasive volunteer reference letters for me from different organisations which stated that I'm an active member of the group and will return home to continue my role as a leader and participation in meetings. I guess this letters did a great job in my application. Lastly, I'm for the spring 2020. 1 Like |
