Workforce does not send mail in batches, mails are sent just once.

Well, I have seen someone with a success mail, I don't have her permission to share it. She was congratulated and given numbers to call so her appointment for medicals could be smoothly booked for between next Monday and Wednesday. They attached a form for her to print and take along when going for the medicals. She was interviewed on Monday evening.
I was equally surprised at the speed with which her success mail arrived after an interview late evening on Monday. It maybe that more success mails are loading if more interviews held yesterday evening but I got her to forward the letter and I saw it with my two eyes.

The mail I saw is for a Lagos person.

The medicals email came in a bit too early. Pleasant surprise I must admit. It's definitely coming in batches. I'm guessing they want to sort out the successful upcountry (long distance) candidates first before the Lagos based folks. Anyways, congratulations to everyone. Foundation school is next after medicals and it'll last for a good 14 weeks. Monday to Saturday, 8 - 5 daily. Only Sundays and public holidays can save you. But it'll go great. Congratulations once again my people ❤️

Hi. Pls do help to give a detailed information of d events held in assessment centre and interview stage with workforce and what u think will help to pass d stages. This will help us to prepare better in d future. Thanks.

Those that got called/emails for medicals should come forward and state if they reside in Lagos or upcountry folks.

But don't be tensed for whatsoever, the hr will get across everyone, including those that haven't been reached yet. By next week, at most

There are already ideas of what the assessment center looks like on this thread. But full Details for the assessment center is more of a private thing which the recruitment agency frowns at being made public. I posted something similar to that but was reached to take it down. Similar thing happened in last year's workforce top talent. Some folks were reached to take down the information they provided, all pleas fell on deaf ears. Today, that thread has been taken down from Nairaland.

For the interview, it's usually more of a chat with the panel or TMI and it's one of the easiest stages

Good decision. The crowd has reduced and the remaining stages are things that can't be brought to a public discuss anymore.

The email I talked about was sent to a lady based in Lagos. She has already scheduled her medicals for Monday. She told me a friend of hers based in Lagos also got a success mail.

I am from Port-Harcourt, I was sent the Mail to do my Medicals Here in Port-Harcourt... Got the mail around 8pm yesterday

I guess this whole episode is over and all success mails and calls done with. Good luck to the successful ones who are doing their medicals now. Any idea when training school will start off?

2nd March.

Heard the regret mails came in this evening for those that didn't make the cut for Sterling. Quite sad but don't beat yourself up, more and better openings will come up later this year. Work on bettering yourselves for the next adventure so you'll get in at the next opportunity.

Congratulations to those that made it in. May the odds favor y'all on this new journey.
