Why do people suffer?

Because evil exists. People keep make a lot of bad decision and this increase the whole level of disorderliness in the world.
For every bad decision you take someones going to pay for it. You don't really have to be guilty before you suffer. Just like I can't register paypal because some "prince" spoiled our image.
