Can you not let this bloke come back and stir up dirty arguments on this thread?
He's moved on with his life. Been here, done that stuff and he got a Keke Marwa out of it. Good for him!
Whatever happens to his investment is none of our concern. Infact, i like the way he has mellow ever since he got the tricycle, that's to tell you, he's got other things to chase.

No expo dropped. It will be hard to see uber drivers in any non corolla, camry, matrix cars. So how many cars like civic, Peugeot etc will they stop before seeing an uber drivers.

Still a fact, it is very easy to find uber drivers in coro so onlt coro will always attract most attention.

Our worst fears have been confirmed.
I had to run away this afternoon at Muri okunola roundabout towards Yesufu Abiodun when these bunch of VIO fraudsters looked through my window and asked me for my roadworthiness which i gave out, the runs girl in the back seat received a call and instantly said she's in a Uber, immediately i heard that, i pressed my pedal and use the alternative route.
Grateful that what they had with them was the photocopy.
Guys, be extremely careful, these bandits were checking cars and to make the matters worse, i saw two corollas with their phone hanged at Landmark, oniru.
Just because it has not happened to you does not mean drivers are not falling victim.
Beware and Be safe.

You were lucky.

In BTW. How were you able to get away from them?
Were you at the front end of the traffic? Cos deir usual style is to block u inside traffic.

But I thot dy said all enforcement shd b suspended. Or DT one na audio things too?

I just think LASG just wants to bring a new competitor and they feel the two giants in the operating space mite stifle their new born baby

All I know is If they buy brand new cars to do their usual Eko taxi racket. They woukd b in for a rude shock.

Cos the traditional Lagos taxi driver won't b comfortable with the current pricing system and the long hours associated wt d job

Actually vehicles ahead of me were just 2 and the incoming route was free, so it was easy to cut in through Akingbolade or what's the name again right through Palace road (City of David area).
Immediately i got to that Hotel Tropicana, i ended the trip and chased the girl out, she never admitted blame even after i informed her to keep quiet if such instances occurred.
Its a sad situation really, May God save us from us.

My thoughts exactly. You see the way they're going about this enforcement, its glaring that they have an agenda. May be someone so close to Tinubu is about to launch his/her own version of online cab and if they don't get rid of Uber/taxify ,they won't have a smooth operation.
Ever since they banned Opay ,one egbon on my street has been jobless, Bet9ja is the only thing he's been consoling himself with.

stick to your 60k job per month for now, until uber and LASG settles their difference. By the way don't promise 150k per month because you can't achieve it consistently

Let me get something straight: Did you get a request to drop a parcel on Uber at Lekki, set destination on Bolt and got another request on Bolt toward the same direction where the parcel was to be delivered? How were you able to pull this off? Because you will certainly go off course on Uber, picking up the Bolt rider and dropping off the rider before proceeding to drop-off the parcel on Uber. Quite a complicated one that will inflate the uber fare for the parcel. This doesn't sound cool to me. And when you get blocked for fraud, y'all will complain that you don't know what you did. This is a classic example of what can get you flagged for fraudulent use of the app. This can get you completely deactivated. Just stick to a trip in one app, get done with it and move to the next. No need taking such risk and complicating things.
