David Lyon should also go back and tell the supreme court that they erred.

He should tell them that his running mate did not submit forged documents but that all those names are his for which he has sworn affidavit.

He shouldn't. They'll send him and his deputy to prison instead grin cheesy

this man was brought by Timipre Sylva. now everyone is angry with osho and sylva
No wonder.

Yes, they should transfer their anger to them.

So where did the excess votes come from?

Did they come from the votes that Ihedioha got or from the votes that Uzodinma got which INEC refused to add?

Nobody really knows where those excess votes came from as long as the ones being carried by Uzodinma are valid.

No one can blame Uzodinma for INEC's incompetence.

Worse case scenario is that the election will be repeated.

The worst part of the judgment was that victory was given to hope who was never a flag bearer of any party. It will interest you to know that okoracha's son in-law Uche Nwosu was the flag bearer of both APC and AA that was why his pettision was thrown out because he does not have any locus standing to bring a suit in court so says Supreme Court December 2019. Even if an election is ordered APC and AA will not participate.

that is why many prominent APC members are silent. even his fellow APC governors seem uninterested. only Osho is ranting after collecting bribe. it was Osho and The Governor of Kebbi State Atiku Bagudu that took away the choice of bayelsa. instead of doing proper screening, they collected Sylva money to fix his boy as deputy governor

I am from Delta State and have friends in bayelsa. bayelsa is a place I go all the time.

I actually got to know it was Osho and sylva that forced the idiot on Lyon from a friend father who is a prominent APC member.
Bayelsans seems to love Lyon but Osho and his gang threw everything away because of greed

IMO is PDP.

What I can reconcile in my head now is, if indeed the Supreme Court is humble enough to agree that they made a mistake and either reverse the ruling or order for a new election.

How will the previous PDP legislators turned APC legislators react? Will they revert back to APC? Nigeria politicians are true definition of Ashawo!

Uzodinam was a coup by Buhari , his men and Tanko. The judgement was written as soon as Ihedioha won

Politicians will never and can never make our supreme court a mere local court. The supreme court judges will rather remove their gowns and wigs than to review the Ihedioha case. If they do that, it then means they are no longer supreme but local high court. I dont understand why people find it difficult to understand that supreme court judges cannot reverse itself most especially in election cases. Even if there was a mistake somewhere in the case, rather than reversing themselves on already passed verdict, they will correct that mistake on subsequent similar cases brought henceforth to them. They know that once they reversed themselves especially on election case, politicians will leverage on that and bring all sort of cases which they already treated to them. Just like the former late CJN, Idris Kutigi told Andy Uba during Anambra State Governorship tussle, he said and I quote him, " THERE MUST BE AN END TO LITIGATION." supreme court will throw away ihedioha case based on technicality or lacking in merit.

They would not not have admitted the case for review if they haven't seen heavy evidences for that. Supreme court would have stroked the appeal out if they didn't see need for review. This time , the world is watching! And a new panel will be in charge. I don't see Uzodimma making it out.

Good luck to the parties involved.

Lyon too shouldn't waste more time once he recovers from the shock.

Reviewing the judgement is one thing, admitting errors is another entirely.

If the same set of judges who delivers the judgement are to review it, Ihedioha's chances are slim.

They falsified certificate, they should not only be disqualified, the deputy should be arrested and persecuted.

The former minister of finance, resigned from her position and ran to exile due to NYSC certificate falsification.

Lyon and his deputy are not above the law

It is criminal to keep changing ur name several times for decades.
One of the affidavits was that his name was spelt wrongly as Adegi Biobarakuma instead of Degi Biobarakumo. Not like he kept changing names.

These errors can occur sometimes and a sworn affidavit is sufficient.

It would have been confirmed that the SE/SS are deliberately being shut out of APC.

GEJ and Madam Patience's visits to Aso rock some days back may have been to sway the Supreme court to favour David Lyon.

Alas, it wasn't to be. Buhari cannot imagine himself and GEJ in the same political platform - directly or indirectly... grin

SE and SS must learn to play opposition for once in their political lives.

We Yorubas did it for ages and we didn't die.

Nigeria must not become a one-party state! angry
Agagu, Oyinlola, Daniels, Fayose, Mimiko are those that played opposition for ages in Yorubaland?
Oga make a research before coming online.
