How do I open dispute? Goods was supposed to deliver yesterday 13th but I didn't see anything, though it's left with about 4days before the order is confirmed, do I need to confirm the order before I can open a dispute?

No. But wait more days even after the order indicates Order Completed.
You may ask the seller for an extension but remember to open dispute after 5-8days of order completion.

Trackable shipping?

To increase your chances at winning, always open dispute AFTER the 60th day and not BEFORE.

The 60th day should 17th Feb.buh end of negotiation is on 21st feb. What do u tink are my chances in this case? And can I open another dispute later in any case this goes invalid?

Opening disputes after the 60th day only INCREASES your chances of winning but does not GUARANTEE it. Though, I've never lost dispute for 6 years of buying on AliExpress. I guess I'm lucky or I just strictly follow the rules. You don't get to open another dispute after AliExpress comes in to settle it. I don't know about your chances, but you stand a very high chance of winning if the following stands true:

1) Tracking information shows the package never got to you. Eg if the package tracking shows tracking information of someone signing for it at Benin, while your address the seller has is in Lagos. Then you will win the dispute. But if it shows someone has signed for the package in your state; you've lost the dispute.

2) It is over 60 days and tracking information shows the package is on transit.

3) There is no tracking information and it is over 60 days.

4) The seller gave you a wrong tracking number, eg a seller once gave me a tracking number of someone in Ghana. I won the dispute.

I've also seen many win a dispute they open before 60 days.

5) You don't have a record of opening disputes every time. Yes, the AliExpress team check your records before deciding if they'll grant dispute in your favour. If they notice you open dispute on every item you bought including those you get. Be rest assured they'll side with the seller. At the risk of generalising, Indians are fond of opening disputes with irrelevant details, an eg., package of received goods is dented. This is something that is very much of the control of the seller. It could be from the reckless package handling of their local postal agency. Because of that, most of them lose their disputes and bïtch about it grin grin

Hello bro, kindly wait till Aliexpress delivers judgement.. The judgement will be in your Favour if you don’t get the item before 21st feb or if the seller agrees to refund..

If it doesn’t go your way you can’t open dispute on this same package, you can only talk to customer care on “I am not satisfied with the dispute outcome..

Cheers!!

Most FedEx office run TNT services, it's hard to say whether customs will ask for custom duties until goods arrive Nigeria. Sometimes what determines it is the value and make of the product. I've noticed that Nigeria customs are in love with Apple products. Even if it is sent via NIPOST, they always love to slap a huge duty to it. I saw someone the other day lamenting in NIPOST over the 31k custom duty he was asked to pay over an iPhone 8 sent by the sister.

Hi, I ordered a phone from aliexpress and the scheduled delivery date is 29th of February and the tracking number shows that my phone has left the country of origin since 8th of January. How long do you think aliexpress would take to refund me when I ask for my money back

Please I need advice on this particular issue.
I ordered xiaomi redmi note 8pro from Mi store on 9-01--2020 ,I've virtually waited and the last tracking information stopped on 21-01-2020 stating that it has been dispatched to oversea postal Admin. Since then no update, I even checked Nipost and all I saw was "Singapore - SO5- Qtb. So I waited till this month and contacted MI store and they pleaded with me not to open dispute, that I should rather exercise patience. No the big stuff here is that my Buyers protection ends on 9-03-2020 what should I do?
Advice please

I heard Singapore - S05 do take a while. So,.just be patient. You've got till 09/03 with additional 2weeks afterward. Bear with him and wait more time.

For me, I prefer to wait and request for extension of buyer's protection before opening dispute. I feel it's only fair that way! However, if you can't wait, open dispute anyday after 09/03 & if package received afterwards, you can refund the seller.

You still have two weeks to the scheduled date of delivery. You can only ask for refund if after 60 days your phone's tracking number did not indicate that you or someone using your name have not signed for the package or the package has not made it to your local postal agency. AliExpress has a 60-day money back guarantee. If after the 60th day and there is no proof of you or someone signing the package in your name have picked the package, you get your refund when you open dispute. Do not be in a hurry to open dispute or you may probably lose.

I try to be fair to the sellers, I only open dispute when all evidences indicates I'll never get my package. Eg I just opened dispute for a package I bought and was shipped in 4th December, 2019 yesterday. There was no tracking information, but I patiently waited. But I got no other option than to open dispute today to get my money back as it appears I'll never get my package.

Singapore is having issues delivering mobile phone orders lately.
Many other people are complaining about them too

Best you buy from Aliexpress and choose Dhl as your shipping method

I have this same issue with this same store. Mine has been since the 9th of January, 2020, no update. And the custome care says i shud chill that if the time elapses and I don't see my item, I shud open up a dispute and say my items have not reached.
But my problem is that this is the 3rd person that is having an issue with this store and tracking of goods. After a certain date, the tracking dates no longer update. It seems it's becoming too rampant with Xiaomi store

So far this is the first time I'm hearing this n it's cos it happened to me that's why I started searching. My issue/comfort is that it seems it's happening with Xiaomi store and Singapore post. Meaning there's sumtn linked somewhere. In the end, I think it wud be fine sha. If it's not, there's always the option of dispute
