dinyelutochukwu: True but risky.I will advice anyone playing it for Jijo to review the unaudited result twice before gambling. I like to play Jijo on stocks with good results and good dividend history so if mistakenly trapped,I will have something to hold my hand on. 3 Likes |

locodemy: Jijo ideology has killed stock investment. And it's seriously a bad disease that needed cure. 90% of this forum members are indoctrinated into jijo group. Stock market primary aim is for investment, which goals is to earn good dividend. When cross check the amount made by long term investors through their investment on good fundamental stocks that has history of yearly payment of well deserve dividend, with that of jijo members, one will notice that investors made more money than jijo members. At side of investors One who invested in some good stocks, will under 7-8 years recover his or her initial capital through dividend irrespective of rising and fall of share, with their initial holding share standing as gain. He keep on investing certain amount of money monthly, whether price high or low, and will make huge saves within some number of years. At side of steady Jijo participant He make 10% maybe in 2 to 3 occasions equalling to 30%, and ended up giving back to bear 40% to 50%, which will force him to see NSE as gambling market, and that experience alone will push him on self exile, some with this experience usually quit, while some after nursing their injury for some months will come back. Let learn from those who invested in 1980s, likes of my dad, who their dividend are still coming, with good number of share earned through bonus, whom has covered more than times 3 of their initial capital, whom their dividend now serve as pension. If we take our investment initiative toward theirs, many will be able to make money in this NSE. 6 Likes |

Chibuking81: Nice analogy, but this approach used by our parents won’t work well in today’s financial markets. Consider how many companies have folded since the last global financial crisis, consider that some of us bought public offers of DAAR and similar failed companies in the last decade. The concept of bargain hunting is present in every market worldwide. There are investors and there are traders, just chose which part of the divide you want to belong. 4 Likes |

locodemy: Loco, thanks for your honest review on the stock. Honestly, the fundamentals for sterling aren’t pretty at all, my premise was simply based on the fact that the stock is close to it’s “Year-low” and most importantly it’s liquid. NB: the above remains my view and not an investment advice. |

They preach something and practice something else. Will there be buyers without sellers? What is anyone's business as to the reason for another's selling? Without JIJOs, stocks will not find their true levels. Face your trade, everyone. Those who who were 'yimu-ing'. May your nose be blocked. |

Krisuba:The advantage of modern NSE business with quarterly release of result, will help one to dispose his or her share from the company that are not performing, and push the money into the sound fundamental stocks with history of dividend payment. And it's always good to diversify to avoid one putting all his egg in one basket. When you invested in a company that always report negative earning and number of years without dividend . You don't need prophet to tell you to leave the company. Those days some of the companies they invested folded but most of the good ones survived. Like in today NSE when investing in some 20 kobo stocks, or some falling companies with years of negative earning, he or she knows perfectly well that he is gambling with his money, which he might succeed if things turn around or loses all if delisted. 2 Likes |

Chibuking81: Bro,I must tell you this.A good jijoist is never in the market always. You target, hit and run and come back again during pull back and with technicals guiding you. These days,I have about 3 people who joined hand to use my portfolio to trade in volume with a target of 10%. Yok and his team are here too for same purpose and lots of people their primary aim is to be making 10%. You better look for people or group to trade together for short term purpose. For long term, you are only sure of dividend but capital appreciation is zero . We are not disclosing our current holding in the market henceforth since our position in the market is now made known to the public. We are still active members of the forum. |

dinyelutochukwu: Many of the companies that went out of business did'nt fold up for economic reasons. They folded up because they were run by crooks. Some of these are however still around. Many of the business with better structures and ownership also experienced downturns due to combination of economy and crooked leadership e.g. Unilever, Cadbury, NB etc. but they are still around and doing business. LESSON: If you want to invest for the long term, its still a viable strategy but select your companies carefully and always track company news as well as management news. 4 Likes |

DeRuggedProf:The scenario of Onifa Prophecy was different and irrelevant. Sorry to say this, he is my mentor, but he cant be right all the time. His prophesy was inapplicable because there was no bear in sight when he advised exit from the market, as stocks still appreciated about 20% after his alarm bell. Even right now, i believe those who stayed put in the market has won,,,,, because, there are no much changes. May my readily armed attackers be a little tolerant of my amateur opinion, which is personal to me. 3 Likes |

locodemy:I dont think jijo needs the fundamental os a stock. You only need a stock that is trending with high bids volume, and then jump out when it reverses. As a swing trader, you already know you cant win all the time, but your wins would be more. I'm beginning to admire the system. I was used to it when i was doing forex trading. But the problem wit forex trading is, when you want to quickly get out, the system will not allow you to, TELLING YOU MARKET IS BUSY, UNTIL YOU LOSE. That is why i stopped trading forex, and contending that it is a fraud. |
