My aim in life is to receive good news and bad news early enough so that i can restrategize on time.

Imagine where a gang of robbers is headed to someone's house and because that person does not like bad news, anybody who notices the robbers movement will just keep quiet and move on.

@mcy, brokerharuna, yok, Does anyone know why Nestle is been dumped since last week? It just sold for N1150 a moment ago. Urgent opinions please as the price is attractive for this earning period. Any negative info?

Sir, please dont stop posting.
Think the bone of contention is/was the TIMING here.
You were right, but Mr. Market seems not to agree with the timing.....and when people lose where they should have gain or vice versa, they may likely not be comfortable with some theories, at least, at that point in time.

For instance, I remembered you warned me in this forum against Unilever when I bought at around N18 that it will still go down. I sold back and guess what, it went up to over N22 before the result came out, then it started declining...down to 15 as at now. What you said came to pass but not at the time it was expected. I took no offence at things like this cos it could have gone the bad side as well.

I mentioned something before, that you helped to maintain 'sanity' in the forum during these dumping period.
I like the "new" Oracle that doesn't take offence at stones and criticisms. Dont be offended once again.
Please keep up the good work sir.

Stock prices moves up and down geometrically; if you understand a stock's geometry at any point in time, then you could predict with 90% accuracy its movement.

Having said this, there are no bad news in Nestle that I know, its just the natural flow for any stock. I just checked my charts and based on projections, I had predicted Nestle to fall as low as N1,140 before reversal to as high as N1,453 or higher (depending on results and sentiments)

I make this prediction with 90% certainty but if for some reason it doesn't go as planned, you cant blame me like someone here is blaming #RabbiDoracle for issuing an exit warning. We can only make predictions based on sound technical analysis, but nothing is certain so you are responsible for your decisions and cannot blame another for making statements based on his judgement.

Gbam! Bottomline - Just drop your market opinion/view on the platform regardless of whether people heed to it... No need for clout chasing!

BTW, mkt is a game of probabilities and no one can perfectly time the mkt direction. The koko is to stay on the side of possibilities always, leveraging on all forms of mkt info (here included) as well as feeling the pulse of mkt participants (incl this platform's members...). Nuff said!

Anyway, still a Japa week for me.... Where is my song again? grin

Just like this! grin grin

A husband in Nigeria called his wife in the UK and told her that her cat is dead. The wife cried and later explained to him that he should stop breaking sad news like that. Instead of breaking such sudden news, that he should first call and say that her cat is on the roof. After some days, he should call again and say her cat fell from the roof and broke its leg. After some days, call again and say that the cat was taken to the hospital and died in the process.
The husband apologized and told her it will not repeat again.

After one week, the husband called her and said : YOUR MUM IS ON THE ROOF!

Oga Oracle, you were/are actually right about your predictions.
The timing issue, if we look at it very well from your point of view was really not wrong afterall.
Someone cleared it here, cant remember the moniker now, that you are very fat, so the projection was actually for fat people around that time to start exiting.
@All, please lets appreciate this sage's assistance in our midst. Yes, we know nobody knows it all.
One guy's description and 'quantification' of Oga Oracle remains in my memory till date and he will continue to have my respect any time any day.
He counted Nsempa's lucky to have him in our midst and we can agree he's so selfless.
Sometimes I wonder if he's actually Onifa in real life self. Lol.. grin

Offers outweigh bids in all the fugaz except fbnh......
Investors bidding lower, sellers though unwilling to sell lower....... but are gradually yielding to the sell pressure.
If you're not in the market, you may do well to hold your cash for better bargain
If you're in the market, you have your strategy already, you may do well to stick to it or restrategize.
Remember market is unpredictable too.
