IMO Review Panel

Justice Tanko Muhammad

Justice Sylvester Ngwuta

Justice Olukayode Ariwoola

Justice Kudirat Kekere Ekun

Justice Paul Galinje

Justice Amina Augie

Justice Uwani Abba Aji

The same panel that affirmed Uzodinma winner, excepting the fact that Justice Paul Adamu Galinje has replaced Justice Amiru Sanusi (who retired earlier this month)

Yes, that is because it's a review not an appeal. You cannot appeal a Supreme Court judgement. You can only apply for a review based on what you think are errors in the judgement.

By March 2020 according to the prophecy of the man of God, David Lyon will reclaim his stolen mandate.
2 chronicle 20 Vs 20 : Believe in the prophet of God and you will prosper.
I fecilitate with David Lyon on his final victory and the shameless prostitute Mary Odili will be put to shame.
Kiss the truth cool

Btw Ihedioha should stop wasting his time. He should move on.

Lazy Ihedioha lawyers!

It was the same attitude that caused Ihedioha to lose the election via the Supreme Court.

How could a senior lawyer representing Ihedioha, Kanu Agabi, SAN (Attorney General under Babangida regime) claim for more time to file "some documents" on the same day of hearing considering that he and his client (and their supporters) have continued to harass and insult the same Supreme Court to review its judgement?

This is bad omen for Ihedioha. He will likely lose again on March 2. He should sack his obviously unserious and unprepared lawyers! Daft!!!

I have been reading a lot of ignorant statements on this adjournment. Do you realise it takes a lawyer of a certain calibre to ask for SC to adjourn especially in a delicate matter as a review? Kanu has got this on lockdown just as he did with the Saraki case. I won't be surprised if he intends to raise constitutional issue of spread which will give the SC justices no room to wiggle as they must deal with issues that have to do with the constitution anytime it's raised regardless of whether it's in the initial appeal or not.

On the 2nd day of March, the ruling will not last more than 2 minutes. It will read like this.

This case is further dismissed and the reason shall be given at a later day.

Do you think the justice did not know what they were supposed to do when they initially dismissed the case? Even a blind man can see what is going on.

I think u will be proved wrong. They thought they could just sweep the judgment under the carpet and everybody will move on. But now EVERYBODY IS WATCHING.
This is not like any other SC judgment in recent memory. In this case the Supreme Court, in broad daylight, unabashedly aided and abetted clear fraud and rigging that even an elementary school kid can see is fraud and rigging.

How is it your problem?

Now they realise they need to file more documentary evidence; the documents the didn't know they should have filed from the inception of the case from Tribunal till it was finally determined at the Supreme Court. A case of systematic re-litigating of the case in the guise of review.

Yes spread. But guess what, it's no use cos the supreme court no longer has jurisdiction as the 60 days allowed for this matter has elapsed.

He is not spending any money. If anything he can make money from this case if he wishes. EVERYBODY is watching this case and every non-partisan, non-political person like me can see the SC aided fraud and rigging.

I have told you already. It's an elite of the best lawyers that can ask for an adjournment before the supreme court moreso on a matter like review and still get it. You should understand that.
As for the judgement, why don't you wait and see. I already told you he's going to bring up a constitutional issue which will make the SC to have no choice but to grant prayers which may not even be in the original case like a rerun. Watch and learn.

The two cases are not comparable. Disqualifications, as in Bayelsa, are common in politics. Imo, on the other hand, is not like any other SC judgment in recent memory. In Imo the Supreme Court, in broad daylight, unabashedly aided clear fraud and rigging that even an elementary school kid can see is fraud and rigging.

Again a constitutional issue. The normal judicial procedure was concluded in sixty days. A review is not part of that matter.
