kodred: I can see you have no sense. Let me tell you the kind of work I do. I am the Chief Operating Officer of an Engineering company. I am a Strategy person. I'm on call 24-7. For example, my boss and myself hold regular strategy meets at Silver Cafe, Ozone Center during working hours. And we do alcohol while we meet. I am free to resume and close when I want. I am even free to work from my house. I coordinate my team remotely regardless of where I am. I just have KPIs I deliver against, every month. And I am paid well for the job. Plus I have an official vehicle and a driver. Official vehicle, not pool car. Stop writing about things you know nothing about. 1 Like |

I didnt even call that monday, it was yesterday I remembered I chatted her up she read my chats and didnt reply, I called her she picked and saw that it was me she blocked my line. What else will I gain to put her number up? She told me this morning via text message she's not going to pay I should do my worst I will even go to 1004 today with her pic and see the building manager and he will get her for me. So correct yourself bro, this fools dont deserve pity. 3 Likes |

This is my first time and going to be the last time I will do this. Its obvious some people here dont reason like a normal human being. You read my story that I picked up riders the fare was due to surge, I lent her 1k to buy things on the way and at the end she paid 4000naira and told me she will pay the balance on monday. What other info did i left out? What will i gain by putting up someone's number for us to call? Is it not so the person wont do this shit to another driver? Make I rest here getting angry already 1 Like |

suco01:Dont sound too judgemental. Why did she n3ed to be begged over a money she owed. I called in a calm voice, greeted her which she responded to and narrated what happened to her, next thing, she stopped talking. Call 2 more times, she picked and disnt talk still. Someone also shared same experience with her. Did you read where jaydee said she blocked him? Who does that? Does she need to be begged over a money she owed like she is doing a favour? It is annoying that you need to even insult us because of a debtor? You're something 11 Likes 1 Share |

mrjaydee: This is not an issue of pity for anyone. The reason why I said I won't believe a side of a story is I don't know the real story of this matter. send her your account number through SMS and lets see if she's really scam or not. Me am just not in support of posting riders number anyhow, there are better ways to go about it. I don call some riders here based on numbers drivers put here where riders will tell me that he/she will substitute the money to the insult other callers gave them. No be all of us wey dey here Sabi address issue maturely, some are ready to escalate things while some are just to achieve the riders pay their money. 6 Likes |

nitigriti:baba I’m surprised this is coming from you Uber/bolt/ocar/Indriver gave us a platform to come partner with them with the “claim” that they are registered with the government for the business hence the commission they charge. I don’t have any business with Lagos state government and if they feel that drivers need to get any permit, then they should communicate the firms that gave the drivers the platform and then the firms will communicate the partners(drivers) Till then I’m not paying shishi for any shit Modified:: Guys we can all agree to disagree on issues like this and others. No need for insults please We are a big family here and let’s not forget the purpose of this thread Peace 9 Likes |

peeps4u: Judgemental as how? if saying some people are just frustrated on little thing is an insult it means you fall into the categories of 'some' of those who warrant it. Good I am something. If I beg her I did that to achieve something which is payment. Can u say the way you talked to her was that same way others who called her did?. If that picking call and not talking is annoying it's because different people have been calling her and saying things to her. Sincerely this is not a support for her or the driver but the way we go about posting riders number here is wrong my own perspective though. 1 Like |

Bolt blocked me cos I cursed their life out. I mean how can a trip from ikoyi to surulere end at 1,000 naira These murrfuckers are nothing but thieves. If one person in their customer care has thr power to block my account simply cos I cursed them out then they are only clearly ripping us off 1 Like 1 Share |

suco01: I get your point brother, I sent her my acct details in my texts to her. How much is 1600? If only she said she's broke or something I wont kill her for it. And for me calling her an Olosho is not an insult, it's what they do. This girls dont have shame, they dont hide thier work. So calling them olosho is not an insult. Yes, people here may call her and not act matured but it really works in some extent. I have called other riders who failed to pay the driver in a reasonable manner. My office is not far from 1004, I will go there and see what she can really do 2 Likes |

Parlee:Where at Ikoyi did you start this trip from? How many kilometers was covered? How many minutes was spent during the trip? If the trip started somewhere around Passport Office, Bank road and it's environs to Stadium, Masha road, and it's surroundings, it usually ends around 1k if the road was free. Check all the other variables before lashing out at them. The fares could be ridiculously low normally, same as Uber. 4 Likes |

NYCnextStop: Thank you for having a view different from mine, which you expressed. All I've just be saying is e-hailing drivers cannot afford to pretend like the Lagos State Government factor is not there. It is there, it stares us in the face. For instance, the latest VIO is saying is that e-hailing vehicles drivers should have Hackney permit and LASDRI. No driver can afford to ignore these directives. For instance, if VIO should stop me and is able to identify me as an e-hailing driver; then ask me for my Hackney permit and LASDRI, will I tell them Uber or Bolt have not notified me, so I don't have? Won't my vehicle be impounded? One of our responsibilities on this thread is to guide people right so their investments in e-hailing can be protected. Anybody can come on this forum and say I'm not getting this and I'm not getting that; which will end up misleading so many people such that when it comes to time to face these officials on the road, they will be on there own and at the mercies of the officials. 1 Like |

mrjaydee: Boss easy easy, I can understand how u feel it's not about the money, but the manner at which things r going... Please, don't go to 1004 again, all you need is ur money and she is going to pay it. She only tot she had some leverage over you, but her ego is down right now and she have no other option. nitigriti: *sigh It’s either you’re extremely dumb or you’re extremely dumb. So after acknowledging the lagos govt, I should go and pay 110k for permit and also do the hackney and lasdri when the ehailing companies have not mandated it as a pre-requisite for on-boarding. If an investor wants to come in, will you tell him/her to get those permit or anticipate them? What we are doing is simply observing and when it becomes mandatory, you either get it or get out. Have some sense please. 3 Likes |

suco01: Pele! Mr Nice guy. You're even pleading on Jaydee's behalf. That's bleeped up. She cheated him and i am quite sure it was when Jaydee got tired of reminding her to pay was when he brought the issue here or do you think drivers here don't give benefits of the doubt up to 24hrs before narrating their ordeals here ? I called her and she hurled insults at me for telling her to pay up. I let her finish and told her if she doesn't quit whoring herself to men, she will meet her Waterloo one day. She hanged up on me, no be only her sabi talk. Its the same thing i will tell a female friend /sister if I found out she's an escort , who go about cheating people. Stop calling for people's head here. There are folks (myself inclusive) who have had to let go even after dropping contacts here. Have we not move on with our lives? And for her to say she doesn't know there was surge made it clear she lied. If you requested for a ride and there's a surge, you'll be notified that prices are higher, so which stupid she yarn be that. Even if what she had on her that day was that 4k, she could have resorted to plead with Jaydee who may be kind enough to let it go. You did you part, good! But don't question people's way of trying to get the money from her. She might have said some unspeakable things for the said person to say such to her. 9 Likes |

suco01: Though all approach cannot be the same. She should be arrested. For using a service and refusing to pay. I have forgiven riders who were taken by surprise the final cost of the trip, I collected what they have and let them go. Posting a riders number here means 1. driver has exhausted all possible avenues to reconcile with the rider. 2. The rider is probably going about doing same to other unsuspecting drivers and getting away with this scam. So we make it a collective effort to stop their escapades. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. We are against ripping of drivers by riders, platforms etc. Whatever sympathy she is wipping, She should pay her debt simple. 6 Likes |
