Open Letter To His Excellency ; PMB C -- in -- C Federal Republic of Nigeria.

ARMY NOT YET ENROLLED TO ( IPPIS ).

Your excellency, with deep respect and honour, I write to plead for your urgent intervention to avoid the rot in the military especially the ( army ) under the current of Lt general Tukur Buratai. It's so sad and luquibrous to note that in spite of your administration effort in bringing reforms in our hard earned democracy, the army authority have flagrantly refused to key into Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System ( IPPlS ) even after many years of your directive and ministry of finance. IPPlS is a unified platform for payment of salary & and wages directly to government employees bank accounts with appreciate deduction and remittance.

The major objective of this financial reform is to prevent the leakages or fraud by making sure that renumeration of workers are based on authentic information. The failure of the army authority to enroll in IPPIS have caused not only discontent but dissaffection and low morale in the profession particularly among non commission cadre who does most of the job but are the downtrodden. To be candid even the last month (January 20 ) salary was short paid to some soldiers as some were over paid. Till now those who were short paid have not receive the balance. Nigerian Army as a whole lack financial prudent as both payment of salary and allowances are always characteriise by fraud.

Your excellency, according to the magt of armed forces and financial administration ( MAFA ) which you approved since 2018 , the operation allowance of ( 150,000.00 )one hundred and fifty thousand naira per month you endorsed for troops/soldiers engage in internal security across the country is only on paper as the army high command are paying 30% ( #50,000.00 ) of the amount approved by FG. The most pathetic of this ugly trend is that soldiers wives whose husband were killed in active service have become perpetual beggers in Military Pension Board ( MPB ) Abuja as the death benefits of their late husbands are hardly paid. Some of the widows have been subjected to sexual molestation by the MPB staff who supposed to do their job deligently. Mr Present kindly come to our aids towards ensuring that the military is completely enrolled to IPPIS. Please help your soldiers to avoid the misery in the army I remain loyal to FGN

Please share to the various social media family until it get to Mr President & relevant authorities.
