I didn't know which office to go to. It was one of those guys at the gate who took me to an office. The guy in the office collected my documents, went out for a while and came back with it certified. They were probably touts but I didn't know better.

Block account is your personal funds blocked for your upkeep while you arrive in Germany,also remember the beneficiary of the transfer is you and not the school.

You can’t fund your Fintiba account with a normal savings / current account
You need to open a domiciliary account (euros) with your bank, then you fund your Fintiba through the dom account ..
and Don’t open GTB domiciliary account (you can’t deposit more than 1000 euros per week

Take aboki to your bank. YOU transfer to aboki naira account then aboki transfer to your euro Dom account.,,, Use Access bank. It is faster
