The quiescence of this generation is too disturbing. How can a people just fold their hands and do nothing in the face of glaring repression? The security agencies are not invincible: Boko Haram, ISWAP,Niger Delta militants,OPC and maybe IPOB members too have shown that they aren't impregnable. They can be defeated. And they will! Nigerian youths should arise in unison to bring down the old, irresponsible and anti-people order, who do nothing but enrich themselves and clear the path for their children and protégés to continue their invented failure. 1 Like |

ossaisly: You can't wipe out terrorism. Terrorism is not a conventional war where you know your enemies. It has come to stay with civilisation. America is still fighting Talibans in Afghanistan more than 15years after. Boko Haram lurks in the shadow, they are not regular militia group. Members live among us. Let stop deceiving ourselves waiting on govt. the Nigerian people, community leaders' partnership with govt can end the war. The northerners need to do more to help the govt by reporting people with suspicious behaviours. Being a Nigerian is the best thing there is. |
