What ever you guys are explaining here can be caused by insuficient blood supply to the tissues involved. Poor blood supply means low oxygen and nutrients delivery. B12 deficiency and for that fact any vitamin deficiency is a serious issue and can cause very many seemingly unrelated conditions. B12 deficiency can cause his symptoms.
The disadvantage of tablets is that very little is absorbed by the body before it is metabolised. Injections on the other hand ensures th body gets a sizeable quantity before it is metabolised.
