Get a taxi and start a Transportation business.
With 700-800k U can afford one. Use the remaining 200k to effect registration and installation of tracker. You don't need to rent a shop. With tracker installed u monitor movement at the comfort of your palms and ur daily or weekly return of 5k/or 30-40k is certain

He does car wash with a little bar where people can chill, watch football or movies while waiting and buy drinks. Then he has a little section that does only car servicing and wheel alliagment.
