Your list looks good.But I doubt if we can reach the consensus on many stuff listed.I remember how you guys argued about skyscrapers. When I posted towers of 30+, you guys couldn't match up,you ended posting under construction buildings.The same way on issues of electrification. You trust your gov numbers,so as I. Both governments claim to have electrified more rural folks in the region.Whom to trust then?
The same way will be harder to compare the quality of education!You will use university rankings,(which are not reliable,since they base on opinions), then,I will use the amount of locals doing infrastructure projects, unemployment rate,etc.At the end the argument won't end.
