It doesn't really require too much panache.I reached out to young boys in the neighborhood that are hardworking, pitched them my idea and that was it,bikers makes a lot over here ,they charge as much 1k for some locations, I got 4 bikes,drew up some contract with the boys, registered with their local union and they got to work, each one of them deliver 2500 daily,that's 10k daily, 70k per week.and this boys are so hardworking they make a lot cos they work like horses,some of them even pay me upfront, like they pay for the whole week at once,
I'm getting more bikes soon, the only thing delaying me is because I'm looking for intelligent drivers,I am sceptical with the kind of people that work for me.

BOI Loan is for entrepreneurship, you must have an existing business, your current statement of bank account qualify you for amount you will get, the % is very very low, the interest rate in my own case is 1.28%, I'm paying less than 200k on 2m in 12months tho it depends on bank.

Grazing for a year and you sell for 150k minimum. That is 200% ROI in a year. Cool cash and you can keep your job.
If you want to invest in the males alone, then you will need to pay them #500 per week for each cow for grazing them.
If with females, you can make a deal not to pay them but you get the first baby the first year while they take the second baby the following year.

I do rent it out for companies to display their products and services.

It's good for exhibitions, activations, corporate or social events, etc

The company needs more because demand is very higher than the supply as at now
