Ok here is my own idea, not necessarily for the original poster.
Notice that there are a lot jobless able bodied guys around who are willing to work just to feed. Give them work to do by having them mold blocks for you to sell.
Set a site near the sand source, preferably close to natural water source.
Buy wheel barrows for them to move sand into your site. Teach them how to make blocks.
If they mold 100 bags in a day, that would give you 3500 of 9 inches blocks.
Cement is #2600 total landing cost. So 100 is 260k
Water is free
Sand is almost free due to your location.
Pay your 10 guys 5k a day for a total of 50k daily.

Total cost for each block is
(260k + 50k + 100k sand) \ 3500 = #118.
Sell at #180 each (the recommended market price is #220 each).
Profit of #60 on each Block
Total daily profit is # 60 x 3500= #210k
If you work 20 days in month you make #4.4M
Now you need a truck like dyna to supply the block because you are in a remote location.

Remember this is fictional and just a hypothetical one.

I make 20k+ every week with stake of less than 200k. It all depend on bet count. If the 350k is not through high Stake, ut is very very possible, it may not be up to 50k though but way above 30k.

But that's what they will tell you, what of the expenses incurred? Though the only problem with the business is fuel. Generator is what consumes most of the money. Imagine spending 2-3k on fuel everyday if you are not having good power supply? Every other expenses are once in a while depending on patronage. Its a very profitable business i must say if their is high turn out.

1. agriculture, note! Not poultry, you can start up agricultural business like pepper and plantain with 1 acres of land and make double of that 1 million in just 3 to 5 months . But your location being Abuja, this may be kind of stressful for you because I am into it running from Lagos down to ibadan where I have a farm, I know the stress in it

2. You can as well like me start up London use phone with or without experience, note! Not as a retailer who go for a shop, but as a distributor, come to think of it... Samsung Galaxy S8+ London use is sold at around 70k-90k here in Nigeria depending your location while as the price as an importer/distributor you will be getting it as low as 35k-50k from abroad depending on your own source and would be making at least 10k gain from each you sell to retailers here in Nigeria... This one for someone who is engaged already is better than farm..

It doesn't require any special skills as far as I know, I got 4 bikes, reached out to youths in mu environment that are eager to work,drew up a contract and gave them the bikes, they deliver 2500 each, that's 10k everyday,some of them even make their weekly payment once cos they see more than enough money, some of them make more than 6k a day.
I get 10k,70k weekly, 300k monthly.
And they've never owed me a dime, it's a win win situation. I recovered the money I used to get the 4 bikes within the space of 6 months, now I'm trying to get 6 More. Which will be an addition 105k for me every week.I'll be making at least 175k weekly.

Daily delivery and they do the repairs themselves, I check up on the bike condition every first day of the month to ensure that's been taking care of,it's all part of the contract.

Am using herders who were raised, brought up, built house and married in my community and even speaks my dialect.
So, they are traceable and they know the terrains - they know peoples farms and where not to go.

Break down -
I bought 1 cow for 50k as seen in the picture.
Grazing for a year and you sell for 150k minimum. That is 200% ROI in a year. Cool cash and you can keep your job.
If you want to invest in the males alone, then you will need to pay them #500 per week for each cow for grazing them.
If with females, you can make a deal not to pay them but you get the first baby the first year while they take the second baby the following year.
Advantages - highly profitable, no stress
Disadvantage - mortality or death of cow can cause loss but not common.

You can start Broilers with that, the truth is that, in layers, the more number you raise, the lesser your expenses and effort (economists can help with this) i.e if you raise 500 birds you will still put in thesame effort (not necessarily cash wise) when raising 100.
Dont know if you get my point.

If i raise 100 birds and you raise say 20. If we both hqve 5% mortality rate, we visist farm 3times daily.....who does more work compared to total output and who is likely to gain more but in time cost and economic cost.
