This guy I helped to do loads of assignments of more than 100 questions up to a year ago refused to pay me my money and he lied he has paid the money I have even forgot about it when he came again this year begging if I can help him with his assignments.

We agreed on 50dollars.

I am thinking what to do to this guy that will affect him badly.

This guy works and school I think part time that means he has money. He his just playing smart, because of him my service to any international client is pay before service some I do free before. I stopped them immediately.

I won't have even done anymore work for that thief let him give me my money.
Most of them don't pay before service in the first contact most especially if you are a Nigerian person they perceive you as a potential yahoo boy.
So we do the job they pay after service then in subsequent job after they have had trust in you they can pay before service.

In fact if they see you are Nigerian they block you unless it is by recommendation.

White scammers are worse than the Nigeria ones, and to imagine he is pretending not to know you! Later they act like black people cannot be trusted especially if they are Nigerian, but look at him. Your threat to him seems fine, but know how you will expose him because he is a liar who will act innocent.

All you need to do now is get one of your friends account, and chat him up telling him you are willing to solve his maths problems for a semester at a discounted price of $455 a semester and you would only take $85 upfront and he can pay the balance once you guys are done.. once you get him to pay you any money and commits then he is in your trap

Business is good, not with bad partners. You should make this more professional since you have known the kind of guy your client is. I meant you start small with funds that will not mean so much to you, even if he doesn't pay. Just do your best, such that you will know that he will come back. Back to the main issue, don't make this messy, you will loose out eventually. Here is how to get your money back, with interest.
a. Inform the guy that he should acknowledge the fact that he still owe you some funds.
b. Let him know that you are ready for more jobs, and particularly interested in getting referrals from him. Tell him that he could even get free jobs for the referrals.
c. Ask for the deadline of submission in his time zone.
d. Give updates about the task to proof that you are in it. The update should be 30%
e. Just lock up till he starts disturbing you about the project. Then you can seek for your money and provide the file. Some of them can lie about the deadline, their urgency and persistence will enable you to know the truth.
f. You can even seek for ecsrow services. However, you have to be extremely careful.

He is actually D.A.F.T joor. It is quite easy to collect now that he is at his mercy again. He is there threatening fire and brimstone. Rubbish
