nelszx:Nice volley! Absolutely brilliant. I hope he gets called up and replicate same in the GWG. I so much want the guy to succeed with our national team. If not for anything, for his loyalty to the GWG. His unwavering desire to play for us is second to non. Not some FBs who enjoys seeing us chase them up and down. 4 Likes |

BascoVanVeli: Omeruo over Ajayi?? Ajayi is probably the best defender in the championship right now. Saka will need a nationality switch |

tbaba1234: He won even more motm awards last season in the championship but u guys said he wasn't good enough for the AFCON. Well if I am to really select it would be Omeruo and Ajayi. |

BascoVanVeli: But rohr is going with ajayi and ekong Ajayi was playing for relegation bound championship team last season But he is now playing for west brom, who i am sure will be promoted to the epl |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by tbaba1234: 7:27pm On Feb 23, 2020 |
BascoVanVeli: Yes but Ajayi is not fighting relegation this year. He is at the top of the league. Plus he played a lot in the midfield for Rotherham. On form, it has to be Ekong and Ajayi right now. Leganes are not doing well and Omeruo is an important part of that defense. He has not been particularly outstanding. |

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by BascoVanVeli(m): 7:35pm On Feb 23, 2020 |
tbaba1234:Is he the only player on the team? A player that was statistically better last season. Without Leganes defense they would be relegated already. Omeruo is even rated better on whoscored |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by BascoVanVeli(m): 7:40pm On Feb 23, 2020 |
andrewbaba44: It's still the championship. Omeruo is in la liga. No matter how sure u are that West brom will be in the prem next season they have not played a single Premier League match. |

BascoVanVeli:in my opinion, Ajayi is generally a better CB than Omeruo so I will put him in there. Ndidi for Etebo and Iwobi for Iheanacho. 1 Like |
