Funnily Gold closed exactly at the trendline at 1643, LTF TL though. I believe a lot of people would be in buys from that point, but is the market merciful to late entrants? Fundamentally with all the news of the weekend, GOLD should open with about 100pips up, but technically it needs a retrace. My stops are safe at BE anyway.Let's see what the market makers decide to do

My jump buy on Friday on Gold just paid of in all accounts big time, no trading for today, a good way to start the week

The direction is clear. And that is up.

But we may need to watch if price can correct downwards to the area of the lower lines. Where it's more easy to find an entry. There is also a tradeable setup to the area I ideally want to buy. And I actually shorted last Friday.

Well... Pure luck.. This is probably the most easy trade I ever been in.. Closed manually.

Now trying to watch out if long indicating price action will come up..

SL Hit. 300pips on one 15M candle, Gold is back!!! We're most definitely seeing 2000 this 2020.

That Gold in fact have closed the week targets for us, my eyes oh my eyes, best bet on gap prediction for a long time for us, we did not place trades on Gold on Friday, but two hours before closing, after much analysis, when I got back from queries, we placed all buy and risking 1 percent, thanks to that, jubilation and closed for Monday trading in any instrument.

I would suggest you stay on the sideline before the opening of the Hong Kong session. A clear direction should be seen then. A 300pips move in 15mins isn't something you should gamble with, especially with about 3 gaps below.

Thank you, I have to set alarms because of this trade, I slept on time by 6pm just to make sure I'm here ready to close things with my good traders, alarms was fully setted to wake us up 8 minutes to Gold opening, if we did missed till the next candle, you see the way the next candle retracted? It would have cut the profits, So we were fully awoken 8 minutes to, and jackpot it is.

But I'm not not going to wait till 3am as I need to rest. I'd say a buy around the 1655/7 area seems worth it.

dont do anything. watch how the market behaves in the next 8 - 12 hrs. most weekend gap gets filled in gold, i suspect we have made the top of the week. my thoughts

The trading pit was opened for you and your trading buddies 7hours before the trading bell for Europe rings and you guys could close your trades manually, not with limits that you set at the close of the last OFFICIAL trading day? I'm glad you're online to respond momentarily.
I thought the European Forex trading floor has it's hours commonly observed as running between 07:00 - 16:00 GMT? Can you please clarify me on how you and your colleagues could do this? This is a trading related question right?

Don't get me Wrong, Dukascopy, Saxo are both opened, and this will be our first time of opening overnight positions on Gold or any currency this Quarter, and as long as you are not trading shares or stock, Metals, Silvers, Oil and some other instruments always open same time with this two brokers, For stocks, you have to wait for 0.7:00 and not gold and others.
