academic depression isn't worth killing yourself for. i had similar issues in ife (oau) but then i told myself i have a future ahead from here that kept me going and thanks to god i came out strong

Lecturers, please take it easy on this students. You were once in their position. It’s not easy being a student in Nigeria. Nigeria student are always treated like the least important subject in public institutions.

Saying issues on social media is so irritating at times because people will make jest of you. I am in this kind of situation, I almost committed suicide on this but I know that it will be okay soon. Nobody is ready to help but make jest.

In this our Nigeria where nobody cares about you if you don't have money and if you have money, the crowd around you are only there to beg and be calling you oga.

Love has become almost non existent. I know I am depressed. Sometimes, I just cry but I will never kill myself. I have only one chance at this life and I'll pull through all of the shit I have to deal with. People should learn these things, taking your own life should never be an option.
