On the second side, I (note I) just think maybe the deceased donated the said property to the Church and which after death seeing issues might arise from the deceased family, sold the said property.

She donated to the church because she doesn't have children.

I can't donate to a one man owned church or charity organization that doesn't have a good corporate governance policy in place.

The more reason one has to be logical and pragmatic in one's dealing.
