The judgement will stand. The SC is merely using Bayelsa to right the wrong the did in Imo. Both Ihedioha and Lyon should take heart. 40 Likes 2 Shares |

Politicians are gradually turning the Judiciary to a joke. Every case now subjected to review! This isn't the democracy we signed up for as a nation. 62 Likes 5 Shares |

APC would win the review and Diri would be out of senate, and lose out as a Governor there by creating a golden chance for a senatorial election to fill in Diri's seat at the senate with qualified APC man.. last last they just want Diri out of the senate Wole Olanipekun SAN wouldn't take a case he isn't 99% sure of winning at this stage of his career, I wish Diri goodluck on his sudden retirement from politics . 58 Likes 3 Shares |

I strongly doubt if anything will come out of this review Judgements of this court are meant to be final with appeal only to God. Review is made when an entirely new matter comes before them with similar facts. Here they will upturn their earlier judgement to set the right position. Well I wish Bayelsa, Imo, Zamfara and the PDP presidency appellants the best. #ThereWasASupremeCourt 33 Likes 1 Share |

Lyon is returning as Governor tomorrow. Quote my comment tomorrow. Modified: *He didn't later return as Governor. It was painful to be shaa. It's not Lyon's fault. It is his deputy that "kobalized" him. 9 Likes 5 Shares |

Most of these reviews by the Supreme Court after Supreme Court must have delivered it's verdict, Kenmatt sees it as incompetency by the Apex Court. They lack credibility in jurisprudence. |

This is a bad precedent - if Supreme Court overturn Its own rulings. That means there are many cases the court has to review. Amotekun is watching 1 Like 1 Share |

As a senior lawyer and by virtue of section 36 of the electoral law, the supreme court justices led by justice mary ofili erred by law. David Lyon will be returned as governor as there is no evidence or burden of proof that the said results were fake. Moreover it's a post election matter as the Appeal court determined the matter under pre election. 22 Likes 1 Share |
