Why not do an OTG flash, that way you only use it when u need it....
I listen to music like most of the time, so having an OTG stuck in there all the time is something I wouldn't want to risk.

Maybe consider investing in a paid streaming service.
Nah, local files are better. Easy access whenever. Having to use network to listen to music all the time is a deal-breaker

I have mixed feelings about the camera of the phone. The pictures are super duper clear but colours are not accurate per se and that is a let down for me for a phone with such high mp and relatively high price tag. I read a lot of reviews before getting this phone and it did great on those reviews especially in the camera - tagged as one of the best and going head to head in this area with phones such as huawei and iphone.
But for me despite the details the colours are not popping enough or as it should be.

Thank you. Lemme save for iPhone XR

But with a different Processor and a the mi 10 Pro has a better camera algorithm than the mi note 10 Pro.

That is why one is a flagship and the other an upper mid-range

The first issue is network related.

For second issue, perform a hardware test or recalibrate the sensor

Thank you grandMufti for your quick response... I'm skeptical its network related cos I use MTN line with it and I didn't get this kind of issue with my previous phone before it was stolen.

Please help with the procedure for the hardware test and how to perform the recalibration?

Thanks for your helpful insight..

For the proximity sensor thing the problem lies with your Tempered glass. Get a Tempered glass meant for your phone

Thank you genius43 for your response....

By tampered glass I suppose you meant screen guard...? Aside the HD screen guard that I bought at CVillage, every other accessories came with it...

Please elaborate....
Thanks .,.

Have you tried calling with the other SIM? Try that and let us know.
Hardware test is done using *#*#6484#*#*. You must use your default dialer to do this (if you'd changed your dialer). #27 is to test for proximity ish.

All the best.

Only contents are:
Phone
User manual
SIM ejector pin
Silicone case
Charging accessories (USB cable and adapter - 10w)
Any other accessories are the responsibility of the users to acquire. Should you need a 18w charger and earpiece, holla at Jboixxx.

Thank you my brother. For me, it's even more important cos I move with big files on the go. Very sizable population of the World cannot do without SD Card slot. Cut-throat priced Samsung high end phones that handle up to 1TB Card is the answer. grin But I'm afraid of investing that much and mistakenly breaking the screen. I hope stronger Xiaomi would step in and break Samsung emerging monopoly is this advance SD line.

True. I was looking at that Samsung galaxy s10 or even s10e, throw in a 1TB SanDisk SD card and jolly dey go, but i have to consider other factors too. Like price and software support. Samsung's software support isn't as good as Xiaomi. Their flagships start losing support 2-3 years after, and also since I tried to defend my opinion the other day and these Xiaomi fanboys had my head on a platter of stainless steel. cry, I decided to give Xiaomi a chance.
And besides e no too make sense to carry two large phones.
What's the max sd support for the redmi note 8?
