COdeGenesis: Thanks for this. I went with someone's earlier advice here to go for shorter call duration for beginners, and I can say, I was really frustrated. I dropped two calls and got a 1-rating on the third attempt cos I could barely hear anything even after I bought an original earpiece. |

I've dropped three calls today. Who else is experiencing same? After two consecutive 1's from a single call I was asked to rework I'm being more careful now. My advice is to avoid calls with more than one Rep until you know what you're doing. |

Now I want to withdraw my 2k from the useless account and they're telling me they need to verify address and so on. I should have a sit. Very useless bank I've never seen |
