Nigerian judiciary i fear, he didn't forged his certificate when servicing the nation in different position and so on, just because is from the party people hatred from top, gang up have made them say it is a forged certificate meanwhile, it was discrepancies in various result submitted. he cannot prove the court wrong because he should have gotten letters from the institutions saying he is the same person. Anything short of that is a waste of time in the eyes of the law. The law can only recognise only what it sees and what it sees are certificates with different names, affidavits that are not valid because the name of the Notary public is not present on the affidavit.

Nigerians need to learn to do things properly and stop being sentimental.

Canceling an entire election,the people's mandate,just because the deputy governor had variation in his name is what's plainly absurd; that's the fraud.

If he got admission for further studies based on his previous certificate why then did the institution write a different name on his new certificate when he finished his course of study.

The supreme court can not adjudicate on a matter outside the terms of the election tribunal viz the validity or correctness of an election result. It cannot go and dig up pre election matters. The judgement was flawed but will not be overturned. The leadership of the APC themselves dont want it overturned. GEJ had a point to prove, it's been proven and now the power balances for each region must be restored. It's all part of the game that innocent Nigerians feud and die over.

Which is your original name? Secondly the sworn affidavits from a competent court of law should back your claim.

I remember when my parent added three names to my birth certificate, I got baptized in a church hence I had another name. When I was in school I used that name more often than the ones given to me by parent until an issue Ross that warrant affidavit hence I can relate to that man's story very well.
