People would always be attracted to each other and that is human nature.

You can't always demonize every single relationship but you can ensure intimidation and misconduct are minimized or punished.

If a student is taking a module, it becomes an issue of conflict of interest if an amorous relationship can be established with the lecturer.

This has nothing to do with whether one party dressed provocatively.

What's the raving and ranting for? You are addressed by the way you dress. In Nigerian Law School, the security personnel are always at the entrance of the lecture theater to ensure strict adherence to the dress code. I remember when Rear Admiral Mike Akhigbe, one time number two citizen in Nigeria almost missed being called to Bar because of his trousers.
