Has his school refuted his claims or do you reside in Bayelsa?
it is his job to prove his certificate is genuine not me.

he should have provided a letter from those schools"confirming he own to result" to the court; and his change of name affidavit

He didn't forged his certificate rather there were discrepancies in various result submitted. Each bearing different names not necessary fraud as been painted by the media

If he’s truly educated as he made us believe even up to msc level, then he would know the danger in using different names for different levels. Also, the msc certificate needs to be probed because, no university will admit you for msc with different names on primary, secondary and bsc certificates this alone could be a pointer to the fraud we are talking about. If it’s not a fraud, then we say he went to school but he’s not educated.

Each bearing different names.....so how does forgery look like?

How does forgery look like Are you serious? A forgery will get the name right cause it'd be done painstakingly. If they were forged, all the names will be correct. I don't know why you people will not use your brains, at least try to disappoint ur doubters sometimes and reason reasonably.

The schools have not come out to deny his attendance, the classmates he pointed out have not come out to deny him...yet you all ...........ers will sit in ur house and pronounce him a fraud.

But why do people like flamboyant certificates when the law stipulates minimum of Waec or its equivalent is required to contest any election in Nigeria.

That deputy gov might be a mull to destroy apc in BY state. Fear politicians.

Mr he knew what he was going in for, and is not as if he just collected the certificates on election day. The needful should have been done and not to waist our precious time.

The supreme court can not adjudicate on a matter outside the terms of the election tribunal viz the validity or correctness of an election result. It cannot go and dig up pre election matters. The judgement was flawed but will not be overturned. The leadership of the APC themselves dont want it overturned. GEJ had a point to prove, it's been proven and now the power balances for each region must be restored. It's all part of the game that innocent Nigerians feud and die over.
What is pre-election matter? Is he under Impunity? In case you have forgotten one of the cases against Buhari was the issue of certificate. Mind you it is a pre-election case as well.

Meet Supreme court Justice Augie who told APC 'no court on earth can review' your Bayelsa case

The hopes of All Progressives Congress (APC) to get the supreme court judgement that installed People's Democratic Party's candidate as the governor of Bayelsa was dashed today as the Justice of the supreme court who read the decision told the party that the earlier decision is final.

More interestingly, the judge, Justice Amina Adamu Augie told the party that "no court on earth" can review the judgement.

She said the application for review lacks merit and the party failed to point out errors in the earlier judgement.

However, see profile of Justice Amina Augie:

She was born on September 3rd 1953. The erudite judge was born in Kebbi state in Nigeria's northwestern region and attended Abadina school, University College Ibadan from 1968 -1960.

She then went on to Hope Wadell Primary school from 1960 to 1962.

Holy Rosary Primary School, Enugu from 1966 - 1967. Queen Amina College, Kaduna from 1968 - 1971. University of Ife, Ile-Ife from 1972 - 1977. Nigerian Law School, Lagos from 1977 - 1978. Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria from 1980 - 1981. University of Lagos from 1986 - 1987. She was called to the Nigerian Bar on 8th July, 1978.

She became a chief magistrate in Sokoto state in 1988 and rose to the position of Justice of the supreme court in 2016.

While in University, if your typed my student number into the system you may see a shortened version of my name my middle name and my surname while when writing my exams I may write my student num and my full name omitting my middle name or using my middle and last name.

At work for different systems I use different versions of my name the fact is I am still the same person. In UK the use of an alias is acceptable under law.

This is not the case here.. Atleast 2 of your names always corresponds at any time

A simple affidavit would have saved them this headache.

Younger Nigerians should learn from this.

The name Adetayo James Olusola on one certificate is not the same as Adetayo Olusola on another document belonging to the same person.

The court will ask you who James is.

Please note this carefully.

Many people have lost a lot due to this kind of descrepancy.

Is one thing to change one name to another, is another thing to change 5 names at a go..
Impossible.. And this particular Bayelsa case, the 3 on each document names aren't related

No correlation with the issue raised. In the case of this gsm operator, they followed legal process while the issue at hand didn't. Not even an affidavit was sworn however what isn't clear is the fact that his certificate were fake. They haven't verified the authenticity of those results. The mistake he made was to have attached his b.sc and m.sc certificate whereas the constitution says at least SSCE certificate
