Hi.

Its not meant for only people in Canada. Just go ahead to register with the needed info. For example, are you legally permitted......? The answer should be "No". It will not stop you from registering.

Cheers.

This is a wonderful thread. My NOC however is 6551 (Customer Service Representative in the financial service sector). Please if there's anyone with a similar NOC, please signify, i've been searching for designated employers under this scheme but none so far. Thank you and God bless.

As you may have known, you cannot get a job from a different region and use it for the AIPP. From that first link you can navigate to all province in Canada and explore jobs from the Atlantic region as well. The second link that has the NW territories may be explored as options.

The difficulty experienced in job search is that employers do not want to go through the stress involved with bringing in a foreign National. However, if they meet a stumbling block recruiting an Inland, then one may just be fortunate to be considered. So "be prepared" is the magic. Have your ECA and IELTS done and ensure your CV and cover letter is tailored to Canadian styles. Finally, make sure you download the current list of designated employers in the four Atlantic Provinces. Then send CVs to maybe 5 a day. Boom! You might just be fortunate.

Cheers.

Yes you can evaluate it and have two or more certificate. Just reach out to the evaluation body you used for your Bsc and request to add additional certificate. it will attract extra cost though.

Hello.

This profession is in very high demand in the Atlantic. I will advise you visit job sites in the Atlantic area and apply with Canadian style resume highlighting your expertise and experience in truck driving. Make sure you check for companies into haulage and logistics. I bet you they will even been willing to pay for whatever it takes to bring you to Canada at the shortest possible time.

Good luck

Hey,

For the AIPP program, occupation in demand does not apply. It depends on the needs of individual employers in each of the Atlantic province. Although generally, occupation that is in demand in each particular province to a large extent, determines how successful your job hunt can be. So please check each province's occupation in demand list to see if yours is listed.

Good luck.

Halos, I am ready to assist as best as I can.

1. Register with job bank and search for openings

2. Visit all four Atlantic provinces' websites and download the designated employers.

3. Each province also have job portals. Explore it.

4. For designated employers, check LinkedIn pages for possible job openings and apply.

5. Endeavour to tailor your CV and cover letter to Canadian styles and send unsolicited application for job interests.

6. Apply widely and do not give up. Its gonna take time and effort. But am sure it will work out.

7. Pray for favour.

Let me know if you need anything else. Cheers.

Am currently waiting for endorsement certificate from the province.

Economics is a hot cake course and it is high in demand in the US, it is 100 times better than any Art course. The problem is not your course, blame your country. When you study a course, your supposed to work in the field of your course.
