this calculation is for 600m2 of concrete using 1:2:4 and thickness of 150mm

CEMENT = 570 bags

SAND = 64 tonnes

GRANITE = 160 tonnes

this calculation is for 600m2 of concrete using 1:2:4 and thickness of 100mm

CEMENT = 380 bags

SAND = 43 tonnes

GRANITE = 106 tonnes

I know of this idea but here are the Merit and Demerit.
Merit
1. A little bit lesser to construct
2.faster to construct .

Demerit
1. Only applicable to dry and firm land area only

2. There is always back flow of ODOR into the
toilet basin and floor drain( bcs the piping system will be SINGLE STACK SYSTEM Even if its double both will still be passed into the pit)

3 During the rainy season there is possibility for the pit to over flooded and leak into any WELL or bore hole around the place (due to joint where the ring meet which will be purposely open for the foul water to Escape while placing the ring).

4. In standard building drawing this system will not be approved.

Let me stop here for now for others to contribute to the matter.

I will advise you to do the normal soakaway, constructing a ring form soakaway with uncemented surface can lead to the waste water(leachate) infiltrating into the subsurface layer contaminating bore within that terrian especially if the subsurface is underlaid by a permeable material.
if you have money do better soakaway, if no enough money, if it a dry land, with imperme able material like clay that is underlying the subsurface you can.
if you decide to use the last option also consider the issue of diffusion, make there are enough vent, to avoid smell that drive visitors.
also allow it to be deep also because faeces decay into Sandy particles only the water that infiltrate, so if shallow can get full on time depending on the numbers of persons using it.
