amaniro: Minister of Special Duties and intergovernmental affairs. What type of ministry is that? Never heard of and what's the use of its since we already have "Ministry of Interior". Be creating useless ministries instead of focusing on these 5 Ministries
Agriculture
Power
Economy, infrastructures, finance.
Security
Labour and Employment. Core problems of the country. You missed Two major ones: Health Education, Science & Technology. Some countries call it Future Ministry colloquially. Because that's the future. UN recommends that these two ministries should get the highest allocation in developing countries. We need only about 10 ministries. And very few departments. With sections or departments run by seasoned civil servants/technocrats as directors, not more politicians. The constitution requiring frivolous allocation of at least a minister to each state is stale 1 Like |
