Smh that's a clean goal. Richarlison removed himself from the ball
no it's not. shouldn't even need VAR to check.

You cannot be offside during that type of own goal. Guy. It is like someone blowing offside for a backpass that the opposition player intercepted.
For the first time in a long time, we're in total agreement grin

VAR in England needs another VAR to police it. It has been disgraceful thus far

Honestly Mata should have started.

Except Martial can claim he is unfit, but honestly he dropped a stinker today.

I know this is not a popular opinion anywhere but Daniel James would have been effective today. Our wing play was dead.

I dont want to repeat anything about DDG, it will only be a repetition

Yes but the player offside must not interfere with the keeper's decision

Were you watching another match? How can he be offside when his leg didn’t touch the ball.

Go watch the replay again. He REMOVED his leg.

He presence is an interference with the goalkeeper
It could be argued. DDG could see the ball clearly and he was lost

the front two were terrible today. it's ridiculous. we should always have presence in the box.

it was a game of two halves really.
Without wide players, it's not looking good

All this one is okoto yarns.

Richarlison was already on the floor when the ball was hit and he clearly avoided the ball by removing his leg. There’s no obstruction from him.

Remove your red tinted glass and watch it again.

If he did not avoid the ball, DeGea would read it well.because it would have deflected to the middle of the goal. And from VAR, I saw DDG wanted to go for the ball, but realizing there could be a deflection, he stood confused awaiting it in the middle

Mehn, no excuse o, we must go to the UCL next season. This guy get issues sha, Martial just recovered, and you are putting him upfront with a rookie, we don't deserve this sh1t mehn.

We must make top 4 o.

That was a makeup call. The Ref had goofed by wrongly giving Fred that yellow and freekick. I am pretty sure VAR reviewed it, told him and he realised it so he used that opportunity to prevent United from blowing air after the game.

Completely untrue.

De Gea was misled by the deflection from Maguire. The refs did a makeup call for the wrong yellow on Fred (and free kick).
I'm not sure if this is the case because the ref couldn't have known he made the wrong call here. We can just say nature balanced things. Even Luke Shaw collected yellow card in the first half for doing nothing

LOL

The image attached and the goal in question are not the same. De Gea was anticipating where Lewin will hit the ball but Maguire deflected it the opposite direction. Siggurdson did not touch the ball which is what the review was for. They saw he did not touch the ball but still stole a neat goal from Everton.

Bruh, they told him in the ear. That Fred yellow was being reviewed. They just did not announce it.

We need to be playing against Chelsea every week, if we play 40 times this season, we will win 39 and draw 1.

Bring back our wife - Chelsea!

The bolded nullify any argument you are putting forth.

Sigurdson leg didn’t touch the ball and it didn’t go to the middle of the goal. Apart from Maguire, nobody else leg touch the ball.

Sigurdson was on the floor so he can’t be said he blocked DDG vision.

Sigurdson is some inches away from DDG and it can’t be said he blocked DDG movement.

Lastly, it was an own goal as Maguire leg changed the direction of the ball.

It was a bad decision that favor us. Finito.

Is that the reason why you need VAR to win or draw a match oxygen? We saw how VAR helped you against cfc. Helped you against Everton and other clubs. When will your useless club win or draw a match without VAR?

It is just an illustration.
That is the rules. I read the details when it was introduced about 5 years ago and EPL also gave more detail guideline.

The guy on the floor interfere with the decision of the goalkeeper. His body was on the direction of the ball.
