There are few USA pilots who flew relief mission into Biafra which had been mentioned.

He was indeed a hero. Pilots like him risked their lives to fly in badly needed supplies to help the hungry and needy in Biafra. He died trying to help an oppressed people who were just fighting for their freedom

All Biafran enthusiasts, myself included, must rally and honour the memory of this man and wife who lost their lives trying to help people

May his soul continue to rest in perfect peace. He gave his life while fighting to see that millions of children did not starve to death.
