I am having an issue getting my Certificate of experience from my place of internship because the Departmental head travelled and i have no idea if we can get the Certificate before camp starts.
Please, what are the other alternatives?

You'll need the Cof E with your fully signed logbook to get a Cover Letter from PCN office of your choice, preferably the one near the establishment you did your internship.

It's the cover letter from PCN that signifies that you're a Pharmacist when you go to CAMP.

If you've registered for NYSC, then you shouldn't report to camp because without the cover letter you wouldn't get any recognition as a Pharmacist.

Wait for your Cof E, get your cover letter with that and join the next batch.


BTW, why will your preceptor travel without assigning someone else to issue you the CofE ??

I am Batch A, 2019. I missed just one monthly clearance. No disciplinary case is found on my portal. However, I told my LGI and they gave me a query of which I responded with the actual reason I missed the clearance. I hope this won't affect my POP on 5th of this month.

I wasn't told of any penalty. I do check my portal if I will see any disciplinary case against me ( I pray I don't). They only told me they would call me if there is need to pay me for the month I missed my clearance. Nobody has called me.

there are two ways i know you can do that:
1, from the camp get urself posted to the local govt, from local govt. the organisation can come and make a request of a corp member then you fill in the space

2, the organisation can make a request to NYSC, that is during ur orientation camp, put u need a staff to do the follow up so that someone wont be posted there instead of you

3, if you are been posted to another organisation but within the same local government where ur choice of organisation is located, just plead for rejection, if u are been rejected then u ask ur choice of organisation to give u a request letter, requesting you to do ur PPA with them.
