Nigerian listed companies, the poorer the results the better the dividend, IT IS CALLED DIVIDEND TRAP. Insiders buy plenty shares after poor q3 results when share price is heavily punished, later declare mouth watering dividend, then start to offload. Forget about disclosure, If I am a board member and borrow Peterichy or Loco 500m as a friend to buy my company stock and we agree to share the loot later, will you ever hear about it? 3 Likes 2 Shares |

emmanuelewumi:You're right sir. I personally believed GTB is trading on goodwill, the gap shouldn't be much with Zee. 1 Like 1 Share |

rebekah2011: The hotel was spun off at a high premium. The hotel made a profit after tax of N3.5 billion in 2018 but it reduced to N600 million in 2019. I asked two people who are members of the audit committee of the company to explain the reasons behind the 80% drop in profit, they could not give me an answer. 4 Likes 1 Share |

At this juncture, I hope Zenith keeps falling to lower than N16 so I can use my dividends to mop up more units at a discount. I've finally made peace with the fact that I will have to stay in this Zenith bus for longer than I had planned - maybe even until 2023 when this person President of ours finally goes away. It's all good. 3 Likes |

Breakthrough: Chloroquine phosphate has shown apparent efficacy in treatment of COVID-19 associated pneumonia in clinical studies. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/32074550/ You can combine it with Lincocin for better result. 2 Likes 1 Share |
