Here's lunch, homemade jollof rice, fried plantain and chicken. I'll wash it down with chilled water #Grins#

I know this egusi is not for me but for Pocohantas, but allow me to say I like it. I really do. Egusi is my all time best. In fact, the best soup in the world. Nothing compares to it. Anyhow you make egusi is a hit for me. But with bitter leaf, perfect.

Egusi goes with boiled yam
Egusi goes with boiled plantain
Egusi goes with dodo
Egusi goes with boiled rice
Egusi goes with mixing-okra
Of course, egusi goes with any swallow. Best soup in the world.

Egusi also goes with soft fresh bread.

Egusi also goes with soft fried/boiled potatoes.

I like egusi too.
