I didn't used to like Amala as well. Matter of fact, it used to nauseate my black behind. But many years ago, a friend took me to an Amala Joint, I had it with Ogunfe, Gbegiri and smoked kpanla fish. From that day, my life never remained the same. wink

Southwestern Nigeria has a version of that also called dodo ikire that is made with overripe plantains...I was heading towards that more than kelewele

As for prestonn, he should come back and paint these walls with the beautiful colours of his food

Early morning sharwama fix for office customers

Egunsi with Ishapa soup( my Ekiti pple will understand better) prepared with Goat meat will be taking part of it with semo for dinner
