You will start seeing traffic from mid-march. After pre enrolment, early July, it will be "add me to WhatsApp group". Grave yard silence will follow starting from September.
People are also moving to Germany. The German thread is very hot!

Avoid the rush. Go for your legalisation in Abuja now while waiting for the admission.
Translate your documents and apply for legalisation at the consulate. Try and do this before March ending. Once it is April, hmmm you are on your own. Last year, to get appointment for pre enrolment was a problem. Bribes everywhere. One girl got it three times! Making mistakes each time until she was finally bounced the third time.
is legalisation done in Abuja or italy Lagos embassy. Ayam not understanding

You will legalise/authenticate your papers at MOE and MFA in Abuja first of all. Then go to Lagos consulate or Abuja embassy for the Italian legalization. The diplomatic office that will attend to you depends on your state of origin. If you are from the north, Abuja. South Lagos

No. Both the original (copies) and the translations have to be legalized. So do your translations now.

I am going for masters, I saw where they were requesting for o level, is it necessary to include it in the package for the embassy given that the schools never requested it?
Good morning

Also how do we prove the proof of subsistence? How much is it? Do we send it over to them or we show them our bank statements?

Alright... I appreciate your input..
I'm not in Lagos now, I'm still serving. For the statement of result to you know if MOE & MFA accept legalization of statement of result?

When batch B1 is slated to pass out is May (and my school can't issue without NYSC discharge certificate) and by that time it would have been too late to meet up with all that is to be done.
i just called them, they collect statement at the ministry, embassy, i dont know

Bank statement. It must show that you have a minimum of €448 to €485 per month for the duration of your studies. But you will need more than this if you are going to Rome, Milan and other expensive cities.

They should accept it at the Embassy if that is the case. If they will not accept it, they will tell you straight away and will not charge you for it.

Hi guys,

I submitted my docs for translation at TBS, I was told to come back in April for it. I met someone who told me there's need to have a 'declaration of family status' affidavit for visa. Please is this true? Does anyone know what that looks like.
Re: Italian Student Visa-help! by Rosunkeye(m): 11:23am On Feb 28, 2020

Please can You or anyone else give heads up on which documents to begin process/legalize?

Also how to get an appointment

Is it also a necessity to go to abuja? Or Stay in Lagos.

Also if you don't mind, kindly drop a list of all the docs that will be needed

Please obligue me, I really don't have any information... thanks all

For appointments you send the embassy a mail telling them the preferred date u intend coming for legalization
Documents for legalization in Abuja includes: transcript, waec result, university certificate at ministry of education after which u do the same at MFA where u include birth. Certificate
Nb the new rule: if you are born before dec 1992 you will have to get Artestation of age at Nigeria population commission in surulere
It's 10k to fast track 5days
Normal process is 2-3weeks
Hope this helps
U translate same documents at TBS

Please can you drop e-Mail address to be mailed or the embassy webpage
Re: Italian Student Visa-help! by Bhorbymills1990: 6:02pm On Mar 03, 2020
A friend of mine applied for visa but got rejected due to the following reasons
1. There are reasonable doubts about your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa.

2. The purpose and circumstances of the intended stay have been insufficiently demonstrated

Should he Appeal or How would he solve this issue on his next application??
