Actually bro, i suspected Access bank card. I have had different issues with dollar refund into my access naira visa card on another website. And since then, i stopped using access card. I use gtb naira mastercard cos refunds do come in without issues. So if possible get a gtb acct.

My Access Refund took 2months actually for a Closed Order..

For a refund should be 3-20days.

I use access bank Visa card and all the refunds i've gotten so far didn't go beyond 8 days.

Just 2 days and you're worried If package wasn't shipped by AliExpress or its a quality issue, you better go carry chair cuz they'll wait for seller to respond and agree to your dispute.

It was actually about package not delivered. Last update on tracking was on the 8th of January. Protection ended on the 1st of march. Dispute opened on the 2nd of march.
I was hoping it wud be quick cos someone that had the same issue with the same Singapore Post had his dispute decision the next day. So I was hoping it wud be quick

There's diff between Singapore Post and AliExpress Standard Shipping. If your courier is Singapore Post not AESS, you'll still need to wait seller's agreement or till timeframe given expires.

If it's ok with you, screenshot your dispute info page.

Patience is a deal breaker when shopping at AliExpress; either for delivery or dispute resolution.

Anyways am a bit concerned, when filling in my address, under postal code, I filled in random numbers as I had no idea what my postal code was. But I did gv my correct address and phone number. And just curious if this will be an issue during delivery.

I used the the standard Aliexpress shipping option. I have used Jumia a couple of times. Is Aliexpress delivery like theirs where they call you when they are closed to your location or do I have to go to post office or something to pick it up.

It would have only cost you less than a minute of your time to find out your correct postal code and use it. Filling in a random postal code/number is preposterous. I'm shocked reading how casually you mentioned it.

Well, I doubt if the item will ever get to you because if the random number you filled in happens to be the post code of another area, ideally, your item will be sent there.

Maybe if you are lucky, you will get an sms to come pickup the item at the post office no matter the state. Otherwise, .... you know the rest.

Please Google the correct post code for your area and add it to your account.

That being said, you'll receive your item at your indicated address, as NIPOST will give preference to your address than your postal code. They know not all of us knows the code, so, don't beat yourself up. I'll only be worried if you'd entered a wrong phone number or address.

Thanks a lot bro. I have never used postal code for anything before, I have always felt it was non existent in Nigeria. But I will update my address on Aliexpress accordingly. Wanted to mail the seller though about my updated address but I read a disclaimer that there's nothing they can do once the item has been shipped. Well will just hope for the best. Thanks again for your input.
