oga sensible Nigerians like us don't support bad things no matter the party in power this is a man that hasn't spent up to a month in office I was telling a friend that the gov will try to convince the people so that they will consider him for second term is that's how to start? Na so Lagos state spend huge funds buy cars for themselves come ban okada and keke making if difficult for we business owners to make quick deliveries, and then subject us to trekking....aimless govt. everywhere so annoying..

Visited bayelsa last month for the first time in my life, they say the whole state capital it's just one stretch of road, aside that stretch of road, other parts are suburbs

Oh, Bayelsa! Pity, pity, pity! I watched a news channel yesterday where the Bayelsa Head of Service (or so) stylishly complained that Christmas bonus was last paid to civil servants in 2018. She also said the pension arrears have accumulated for so many years. Yet, Dickson, the big man with a huge ego, claimed to be the 'architect of modern Bayelsa state'.

One of the traits of majority of Nigerian politicians (APC, PDP, APGA, YPP, etc) is wickedness!

How could a tiny state like Bayelsa, with the lowest number of local government areas in Nigeria (only cool, and the lowest voter population, tiny land mass, BUT with one of the top 3 monthly revenue allocations, in addition to NDDC, 13% revenue derivation, Ministry of Niger Delta projects, foreign university scholarships to ex-militants, Amnesty Programme, etc, etc, be so full of impoverished people?

How?

How could purchase of luxury cars, by a bank loan, be the first executive communication to the House of Assembly, less than two weeks after being sworn-in?

So, ALL the many luxury SUVs and mint-fresh cars and SUVs in the long convoy of Dickson, have ALL become unusable?

From Alams, to Jonathan, to Sylvia, to Dickson, and now the Supreme Court boy, Diri, it's been wicked governance.

Pity!

This is one of the reasons I always wrote that the wickedness of Governors is far greater than those at the Federal level, but every critic focuses on the FG. The tyranny, and barefaced impunity at states is beyond belief!!!

Oh sorry I forgot that PDP has been managing the state from 1999 and wailers are PDP.
They wail about Osun, they wail about Tinubu in Lagos, infact they wail about all Yoruba states governments except the suegbe in Oyo.

I must laugh. Oh Bayelsians, I am very sorry for you all, but I am even more sorry for Nigerians. When SU court sacked Lyon and Emeka, you see the guillibles carrying placards, roaming the streets, jumping to and fro on Nairaland. I must laugh. It defies logic. The residents really did their best to help themselves this time around by voting the looting party out. They tried to explore the alternative but their wishes and resolution have to wait for another four or eight years
