Remember that the same electoral officer went on to claim he was announcing results under duress but did not say the results were fake.

Compromised INEC padded results in 3 Mbaise LGAs in order to announce Ihedioha winner but a smarter Uzodinma also padded his own results excluded by INEC to emerge the best rigger.
