A High Court can not set aside the ruling of another High Court. They both have concurrent Jurisdiction.
Only a Superior Court can set aside the ruling. An Appeal Court in this case

Surprisingly I would have benefitted from Oshio if I wanted to. Because I have people who benefitted from him personally. But it's not about personal gain. But his doing the opposite of what he preached. To remove godfatherism from politics.

A lot of people here don't understand what oshiomhole and his legal team has just done. It's smart legal moves,very intelligent moves within 48hrs. They first applied for stay of the order from the fct high court and also appealed it at the court of appeal thereby effectively killing that order technically. Thereafter,they went further to get a declaratory order reinstating him from another federal high court.As of this moment there's technically one existing order and that's the order from the federal high court in Kano.

Correct me if i'm wrong but the NJC during the time of the CJN before Onnoghen asked high courts to stop giving conflicting orders and even threatened to sanction any judge caught doing that.
Besides as someone said above, the APC will be the biggest loser in this matter as fifth columnists just got a base to play from. The katakata that surfaced during the time of Modu Sherriff in PDP is about to befall APC. I hope Buhari will be smart enough to care
