There was not even president election in Ghana at 1965. The 1964 const' referendum made Nkrumah the president for life and CPP as the only legal part in Ghana. The Ghana parliamentary election of 1965 was cancelled and Nkrumah did appoint the MPs. The multi party system returned at 1969.

Personally I would go to the one where I can watch TV and use the microwave without a generator. It's very simple.
