Experts please i need to understand something here If i have N1m and i wish to do a fixed deposit with a bank and their rate is 4.5% for 90day Would the calculation be 1,000,000 X 4.5 /100 = N45,000 Profit in 90days So i take home N1,045,000 OR some other multipled by 12 etc |

For those that wants alternative to TB or Fixed deposit with good interest rate . I work with a Non- banking financial institution called Rosabon Financial Services ( The Concept Group ) 32 Montgomery Road Sabo Yaba with a branch in Abuja & PH licensed and regulated by CBN and also been in existence for over 25 yrs now. our interest rate still remain unbeatable, fantastic and far better than TB and what all the commercial banks are giving out presently. still offer interest rate of 9% to 15.50% depending on the tenor and amount of investment. You can get your interest Upfront , Monthly or @ Maturity. The longer the Tenor , the higher the interest rate. You may contact me if you are interested. 08036450638 or wale.abatan@rosabon-finance.com or www.rosabon-finance.com |

Akin3891:it a normal cycle in 2015 rate where 7 ,2010 rate where 9 ,2018 rate where 18.5 ....so take the weighted average at a long term investor but poor rate dont last for ever...crude is already 47 ,several omo bills are snubed ,tb is not only to attract fdi but to manage liquidity, fund budget deficit.....i have readjusted income from fixed income space and increase income from real economy (i got a sub franchise) for coding and batching machine 1 Like |

Good day Mr. emmanuelewumi and everybody here. Please need an advise. I have a saving of less than a million naira or let's say half a million naira my current job is not paying well but I managed to saving for the whole year am not a certificate holder and I'm not business oriented. My plan My plan is to take some little part of money and learn some skill and and increase my saving to 1m then I will invest it FGN saving bond for at least three years till I come with a business plan or buy a plot of land in the North East part of the country. My problem Bond is going down daily and the North East at this moment is not really looking good to invest in properties for now. What is the best decision now I'm getting confused every day the money is laying in my account without any tangible interest |
