Where is the Ceaser salad? That shonkolo thing on the salmon? What did you use with the fries? Supermarket mayo or in-house prepared? Looks too dry and poorly presented to me. But I hope you enjoyed yourself. That's all that matters.
I didn't even sight any king prawns

I am damn tired of this thread. I feel like unfollowing already.

Pics: Pastries were made in class.

Pic 1 was class practice. Gingerbread cookies and coconut macaroons dipped in dark chocolate ganache

Pics 2. Meat filled pie...not your regular meat pie.

Please, I will appreciate if any guy in Abuja will be willing to host me for 3 days

I will also appreciate it if any guy/lady here in Abuja can allow me use their oven/baking utensils for my assignments. This will relieve me of some things and it will mean the world to me.

Thanks in anticipation!

For me, I prefer fried because I'm able to up the nutritional value by adding whatever I want to it.
I'm also careful to use very little oil.

Pic 2 is actually a French pastry called "Meat filled pie"

Shepherd pie is topped with mashed potato. French have something similar to Shepherd pie. they call it Hachis Parmentier

I would love to fried eggs like you do often. But am always scare , is as if it has some side effects and this had made me to stay alway from eggs , for some time now.
I need assurance that eggs are safe .

It's been a while I took my giant African snails, so yesterday I gave one of our Sabi cleaners in the office 5k to help me get some nice ones. She came back with 22 pieces of already washed and cleaned snails and 1k change. As omoluabli, I tipped her the 1k change and looked forward to a bright Saturday morning cool

I woke this morning to tend to my giant African snail beauties. After about 1hr 45 mins in the kitchen, I came up with this :

Pix 1- snail boiling on fire along with eggs
Pix 2- Snail and egg already cooked in better peppery stew decorated with better onions
Pix 3- The peppered snail and egg getting turned into a plastic plate to be preserved in the fridge
Pix 4- Snail lying side by side with yam fries(I got this in the mall yesternight) and set to be washed down with cold water and Magic moments vodka wink
