As seen online, the house allegedly cost the business Magnate and Globalcom boss 7billion naira as at when built.

I beg I need a qualified civil engineer to explain and enlighten everyone more on this statement. Cuz if I am being asked I will say the poster is referring to the cost of the house/houses itself excluding the land, or do I say the cost of building the house. I don't know why people are saying it's a lie without reading and understanding the words clearly.

This man is a silent billionaire, you will never see him making mouth or seeking for attention like Otedola and kids and also adeleke and kids but he's richer than both of them combined.

Why don't your children make noise about your riches, because you don't have. Everyone of them laboured and still working for their money. Had it been your father is wealthy or just rich in your local area. You won't have posted it.

This is lovely. Men!

Men that were fortunate to enjoy the Niger Delta crude oil largese by Northern Heads of states, now I see reason why Yorubas will forever be grateful and loyal to Hausa-Fulani; who wouldn't love and respect the people that made you who you are 99% of Yoruba millionaires and billionaires were made by Hausa-Fulani Presidents that gifted them Niger Delta crude oil bloc for free cool

Folawiyo (Folawiyo Oil & Gas)
Mrs Alakija (Famfa Oil)
Ibikunle Amosun
Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun (Heyden Petroleum)
My man Governor Seyi Makinde (Makon Engineering and Technical Services Limited (METS))
Wale Adenuga (Conoil)
Femi Otedola (Forte Oil)
Bola Tinubu (OANDO Oil)

All of them became rich through Niger Delta crude oil cool

You may die in poverty in you continue hating. Igbos and bring him Down syndrome. Yoruba land is the second oil producer in Nigeria and Ijebus are generally rich. They own Lagos. That’s why I always laugh when you mud dwellers chest beat. The whole Igbos can never be rich as the ijebus not to talk of Egba, ijesha clans etc in Yoruba land. Those where the people that first encountered the Europeans.

But Otedola was very close to GEJ... abi GEJ Na Hausa FULANI?
Otedola is the son of Senior Otedola who was the former Governor of Lagos even before GEJ graduated from university.......GEJ only helped Femi Otedola became richer by writing off some of his debts and giving him more billion dollar contracts for being loyal and respectful to him when he was looked down upon as a VP and Acting President.

Just look at our Niger Delta oil money , mansions everywhere in Lagos and Abuja while the great Niger Delta is in a sorry state.
Go and talk to your elders in Niger Delta. They take bribes and play ping pong with your future.

Those era is gone.....Abacha, IBB, and co made them rich, don't listen to the taxi driver crap, its all crude oil money!!

And the Hausa/Fulanis cannot make themselves rich. They live in poverty. Igbos are even the errand boys of those heads of states. Remember Arthur eze? Daniel kanu? They could not made their Igbo slaves rich.

YOU ARE CORRECT...

I don't believe he lives there. If you zoom well, you would see that it's like an estate that people live in in. Most of the houses there are blocks of flats. But how can someone spend 7 billion in a house Na wa o!! angry embarassed . I would rather use the money to fund primary school education. Some people Sha!!! tongue

May we not be broke for too long. We must all make wealth to buy and have all the beautiful things we want and desire. Amen

This man is a silent billionaire, you will never see him making mouth or seeking for attention like Otedola and kids and also adeleke and kids but he's richer than both of them combined.
from their behaviour you will know them. You can never see him, dangote, bill gates ,mark zukerberg etc run their mouths online or indulge in idle empty talks.
You think they will have time to broke sham guys or slut sham girls or make tribalistic comments like the loudmouths reno omokri and FFK

Watch how haters will come to say money ain't everything

How old are you right now? What are you doing?

Age and when you started to be successful have a lot to do with accumulation of enormous wealth.

Wrong.

Age has got nothing to do with wealth.

Boss, you meant connected well. Babangida gave all of them our Commonwealth. If he's so good in Biz, how come he never spread his tentacles reach advanced countries where everybody is almost at the same level playing ground. I used almost cos they too are not Saint over there but the chance of son of nobody becoming very wealthy over there is far higher than here.

Blood Money Things
does it mean that is only Ibos that do blood money, some of these wealthy men and women in Nigeria shed blood before they acquire wealth, Do not be deceived

I Wanted To Do The Same Thing They Did, But I Refused To Do It

Blood money does not work. It doesn't work in Americas, Asia, Europe, Indian subcontinent... and it doesn't work in Africa.

People can steal, do shady deals, and use padi padi for sure, but the fact remains that most genuine wealth is some variation of take something/idea, add value to it, sell it to those derive value from it, retain profit. Lather, rinse, repeat. Mr Adenuga has verified income streams. Should we also assume that MTN(SA) or Unilever(UK) or Toyota(Japan) companies did blood money to be where they are today?*

That's how wealth is built... not with imaginations about blood and spirits. Upon all the money rituals, this is the poorest continent.

*Technically Unilever did blood money back in the day: as the predecessor Royal Niger Company they killed a lot of people in the name of the Crown to subjugate our countries, but that's not what I'm talking about.
