About the heat issue: with AC's in thr house, there won't be need for heat issues.
Besides, our climate is pretty hot, regardless of materials used for building.

Secondly: either options are available...cold hard cash and a payment plan, not necessarily Mortgage pe say.

You deposit a % of the total amount, then complete the payment within a year or so.
